James was born in 1904 to Morris and Hilda Kay and he had two brothers John and Arnold and a sister Pauline. The family surname was originally Katz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

James was married to Florence and they had three children Betty, Edward and Pauline. In 1939 the family were living at 8 Bentley Road, Tendring near Clacton in Essex. The Register states that James was the manager of flats. Research is still ongoing to find more information about the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James died at Drummuir Nursing Home in Bridgewater, Somerset. His death certificate states that the cause of this death was a cerebral haemorrhage. His brother Arnold was with him when he died. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
