Benjamin was born in July 1921 in Mile End, London to Louis and Caroline nee Bovill and he had three older sisters, Lily, Florry and Kitty and a younger brother Bob (Nathan). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His partner was Olive Campion and he was the father of Clive and Paul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
