Isaac was born in 1922 in Palestine. He lived in Tel Aviv, and was a clerk by profession.

During World War II, he enlisted in the British Army and was assigned to the Engineering Corps. He served in Egypt, and there on 19 May 1944, he was killed in a car accident. He was laid to rest in the British military cemetery in Moascar, Egypt.
